Last month was all about our all-round guru, Daniel! We have been busy over the last month preparing new products and services, lining up clients and of course growing our team!

Our latest member to join the ranks is Nina! Nina joins Agile Management Office as an Administration Intern, and although we only get to keep her temporarily, we are so excited to work with her!

Without further ado, we introduce Nina! 🙂

What is your role at Agile Management Office?

My role as the Administrative Intern will provide me with an opportunity to work in a range of areas within AMO, and with my background in Management and Marketing I will have a strong focus on reviewing and implementing improvements across AMO’s marketing strategy; devising a strong approach that will enable us to best reach our amazing supporters and clients to provide educational and inspiring content. I will then branch out into HR and Sales and assist our CEO and team where possible.

Nevertheless, it is still early days and my top priority is learning as much as I can, both about my roles and responsibilities and how AMO functions, soaking it all up like a sponge!

Why did you choose to work for Agile Management Office?

AMO caught my eye for a number of reasons. Firstly, I am really interested in Project Management and keeping up with ever-changing environments. If the current situation is any indication, it is vital to stay agile to stay afloat. I already know my time at AMO will be an amazing learning experience! Additionally, I got the impression that the team is really tight-knit and hard-working and so I wanted an opportunity to be a part of that.

Fatimah is so supportive, and I feel my personal values align with those of AMO. For example, something that I really appreciate about AMO is the transparency. I appreciate people being straight-to-the-point and honest with me, which is an integral part of AMO’s culture.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

I love to learn! During the past few months, I have taken around 4 online courses, ranging from social and personality psychology to global health. I plan on taking many more to be able to create and find ways to expand my skills.

To keep myself moving, I also love to play beach volleyball and cook, preferably with friends and family!

Up early or out late?

Both! This is often a problem for me because I prefer waking up early to get things done. However, I also like to stay up scrolling the world wide web or going out with friends. I still haven’t figured out a way to consolidate these two preferences, so any suggestions are welcome!
