With our initiatives, projects, number of partners, and plans expanding at an incredibly exciting rate, AMO is hiring an IT intern to help us uplift our capability for delivery as we look into automation and process optimisation! We’re excited to introduce you to Tor, all the way from Aarhus University Denmark, that will be helping the team to get streamlined and ever more done.

What is your role at Agile Management Office?

My role as an intern at AMO is to lead the creation of a suite of frameworks, processes, procedures and templates, coordinate process improvement leveraging technology and tools to drive automation, and support AMOs teams wherever possible.

Why did you choose to work for Agile Management Office?

Working at AMO presented a unique opportunity to explore the latest international knowledge within project management. Furthermore, it presented the chance to gain experience working with digitalisation and IT project management as an up-skilling part of my masters in ICT, Learning, and Organisational Change. Especially agile project management has caught my interest, as I see myself working within that field in my future professional career.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

I like all kinds of sports! I’ve just recently run my first marathon, and I love playing most everything from badminton to soccer. I also follow sports a lot, especially soccer. Previously I have also been engaged in various volunteer work in nursing homes, collecting money for to fund the fight on cancer, and donating blood plasma.

Up early or out late?

Is neither an option? For me an ideal day starts at 9am and ends at 11pm. Sleep is very important to me and a good rest means that I’ll be sharp and motivated during the day.
