It is no secret that when Fatimah’s not cooking up ideas for Agile Management Office, she likes to get creative in the kitchen, re-creating much loved recipes which she has had more time to do during isolation! We thought it was time to share some of our favourite recipes that have been tried and tested and the results.
Over the weekend, and through recommendation of a friend of hers, Fatimah took to the kitchen to experiment on something new! Miso Salmon: marinated in a sweet and savory miso sauce, this Miso Salmon recipe makes a delicious weeknight meal. It was enjoyed with a white rice, some bok choy, asparagus, and pickled ginger.
“I love this recipe because its simple to prepare and fast to cook, perfect for a busy weeknight. You can even marinate it is the miso overnight but remember to wipe it down a little before cooking to avoid the excessive saltiness”. Fatimah says.
