Workshop purpose

However, with the right training and skills, PMOs can become more valuable than ever.

What is agility? Why should we implement it in the PMO? How do we change our mindset to improve delivery?

Different PMOs have different purposes and goals. Agility may mean something different to each of them.

How can agility improve/augment everyone’s goals and objectives across an organisation?
